From this came our company, with the true mission of transforming real estate-backed credit in Brazil—making it faster through technology, replacing physical steps with online ones, and having experts available 100% of the time for customers, drastically reducing processing time. **What will you do?** Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish content on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, and LinkedIn; Adapt and re-edit short videos into formats such as Shorts, TikTok, and Reels; Produce internal videos in partnership with HR or for institutional content purposes; Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on the social media platforms under your responsibility; Forward relevant interactions to internal responsible parties as needed; Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports based on KPIs and OKRs; Present results and learnings to the team clearly and organized; Track key metrics for each platform: engagement, audience growth, and quality of produced materials. **We'd love if you have the following qualifications:** Degree or ongoing studies in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience in video editing via mobile or computer (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar); Proactive, organized, agile profile, detail-oriented, and quick learner.
