Description: Required: * Bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge/familiarity with cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities; * Experience in configuring and managing firewalls; * Experience in administering EDR solutions; * Theoretical knowledge/familiarity with computer networking; * Knowledge of configuring and operating proxy services; * Knowledge of configuring antispam solutions; * Practical experience in problem resolution, including identifying and resolving incidents; * Availability to work on a 24x7 on-call basis. Desirable: * Preference for on-site or hybrid work in Blumenau; * Experience configuring and administering Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience configuring and administering computer networks; * Certifications in the field of Information Security, such as Security+. On-site, hybrid, or remote work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Responsible for supporting Next Generation Firewalls; Supporting EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions across the organization’s entire infrastructure (servers and endpoints); Configuring proxy SWG rules to monitor and filter web traffic; Configuring antispam solutions to reduce the volume of unwanted emails and protect against phishing and malware; Creating and renewing digital certificates; Monitoring security tools (firewall, EDR, proxy, antispam) for security alerts and events; Supporting the creation and updating of operational cybersecurity documentation; Participating in War Rooms, collaborating with other teams to identify root causes of issues and resolve them; Working on-call when necessary on alternate days (details will be explained during the interview). 2512140202201241467
