In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by managing registrations, communications, and training outcomes provided by the University. You will work in direct contact with users and internal departments, supporting from registration through post-training follow-up, ensuring every interaction reflects Senior’s values and excellence. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, and organization, who enjoys problem-solving and has a genuine interest in helping people learn and succeed with our solutions.
