We seek a Civil Engineer passionate about subdivision and condominium projects who wishes to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** Oversee and supervise infrastructure construction works for subdivisions/condominiums. Review and coordinate technical designs (urban planning, drainage, water supply, sewage, earthworks, and paving). Coordinate designers, suppliers, and construction teams. Ensure construction works comply with approved designs and technical standards. Monitor schedules, measurements, and physical progress of construction works. Prepare technical reports and track construction performance indicators. Support resolution of technical issues during construction execution. Other related duties. **Required Competencies:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. Proven experience in developing subdivisions or gated condominiums (portfolio required). Experience in infrastructure supervision and monitoring, design coordination, and technical analysis. Solid experience in infrastructure projects for subdivisions or horizontal condominiums. Proficiency in applicable technical standards and legislation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent software. Personal transportation required for travel between construction sites. **Benefits:** Competitive market-aligned compensation.
