You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital content for our clients. The main activities include: * **Creation of Strategic Content:** Develop texts, captions, and concepts for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * **Content Design:** Create visually attractive graphic pieces aligned with brand identity (static posts, stories, carousels, e\-books, etc.). * **Video Creation and Editing:** Plan, record, and edit short and long videos, mastering editing tools to create dynamic and high-quality material. * **External Content/Material Capture:** Conduct photo and video shoots at external locations, ensuring an authentic and relevant image and video library. * Performance management and metric tracking. What We Expect From You: * **Proven Experience** in Digital Marketing and Social Media roles (portfolio presentation will be a plus). * **Proficiency** in design and video editing tools (e.g.: Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). * **Excellent** written and visual communication skills. * **Own Vehicle** and availability for external content capture when necessary. * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work independently. * **Work Model:** **Remote Work** (100% Remote). MUST RESIDE IN THE REGION FOR CLIENT CONTENT CAPTURE. * **Employment Type:** Possibility of **PJ** (Legal Entity) or **CLT** (Consolidation of Labor Laws) – to be agreed upon mutually. * **Salary:** Negotiable, based on experience and employment type.
