In recent years, ZEN has welcomed students from universities across Brazil, achieving remarkable full-time conversion rates! Join our Logistics Engineering team to collaboratively review operational strategies, improve processes, implement up-to-date technology, and support personnel training! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Supporting other team members with:** * Registering and maintaining Kanban cards and standard logistics supply route templates; * Reviewing standard logistics work instructions; * Registering and maintaining packaging plans; * Logistics productivity improvement projects; * Digitalization projects for logistics processes. **Own project assignments:** * Evaluating new technologies for potential application in our logistics processes; * Developing Power BI dashboards featuring key KPIs for evaluating logistics process performance; * Developing a tool to calculate internal logistics operational capacity (machine loading). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Daily availability for 6 hours of on-site internship at ZEN; * Minimum commitment of 1 year for the internship; * Proactive profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Areas of Interest:** * Knowledge of or interest in Lean Manufacturing; * Knowledge of or interest in Power BI for data analysis and KPI calculation (Key Performance Indicators); * Interest in working in Logistics / Supply Chain. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend; On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Outpatient medical care and medication reimbursement; Dental plan; Housing assistance for candidates from other cities; Participation in training and development programs; Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
