Description
The Operations Director at Casa de Repouso do Opa e da Oma is the strategic and administrative heart of our institution. This professional is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all daily activities, ensuring that operations run like a perfectly synchronized gear system. The core challenge of this role is to balance maximum operational efficiency and financial sustainability with the humanized, affectionate, and excellence-oriented care that our "Opas" and "Omas" deserve.
Expected Objectives (OKRs and Goals)
Excellence in Care and Service: Ensure 100% strict adherence to health, wellness, and hospitality protocols, maintaining resident and family satisfaction rates above 95%. Operational Efficiency and Financial Sustainability: Optimize resource utilization, manage procurement and vendor contracts, and control the operational budget—reducing waste without ever compromising service quality. People Management and Organizational Climate: Develop and lead the multidisciplinary team (nursing, caregivers, cleaning, kitchen), keeping staff motivated, trained, and aligned with the home's culture of patience and affection, thereby reducing turnover. Regulatory and Sanitary Compliance: Ensure the institution maintains 100% compliance with ANVISA, Health Surveillance, Fire Department, and all other regulatory bodies. Occupancy and Growth: Collaborate with the commercial/relationship team to sustain optimal bed occupancy rates, welcoming new families with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Overall Supervision: Coordinate daily routines across health, nutrition, cleaning, maintenance, and administration departments.
2\. Process Management: Create, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure resident safety.
3\. Leadership: Conduct alignment meetings with departmental leaders and mediate potential conflicts with sensitivity.
4\. Family Interface: Serve as an open and trusted communication channel for families, resolving complex requests or feedback transparently.
5\. Performance Indicator Analysis: Monitor fixed and variable costs, issuing monthly performance reports to executive leadership/owners.
Desired Profile and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing (with strong administrative focus), Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience: Proven prior experience in operational leadership roles.
