This professional will be responsible for driving the evolution of our architecture, ensuring the required robustness to support scalability, stability, and security for thousands of customers navigating our platforms. In addition to serving as a technical and leadership reference within the team, communication skills, conflict management, and mentoring capabilities will be just as critical as technical knowledge. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Defining and guiding solution architecture, with emphasis on high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. * Acting as the technical reference for the team, supporting resolution of complex challenges—from solution design through implementation. * Ensuring alignment between technical strategy and business objectives, collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. * Leading system evolution in a hybrid environment (on\-premise and cloud), ensuring efficient transitions without business impact. * Promoting adoption of development best practices, encouraging clean code, sustainable architecture, and continuous quality. * Leading initiatives for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), driving automation across the entire development lifecycle. * Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, promoting frequent feedback, mentoring, and team development. **What you need:** * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Software Architect, involved in designing scalable and resilient solutions. * Solid experience in hybrid infrastructure environments, with knowledge of on\-premise and cloud platforms (preferably Azure or Google Cloud). * Proficiency in .NET, unit testing, and SQL, with experience in full-stack projects and development of mission-critical systems. * Knowledge of front\-end frameworks, especially Angular, with ability to provide technical support to front-end teams. * Experience implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring. * Experience with microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and event\-driven architecture. * Experience with distributed systems, including queues, messaging, and real-time application monitoring. * Knowledge of software security practices and compliance with standards and regulations such as LGPD.
