Develop automations and lead cloud migrations If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey of opportunities, development, and strong collaboration—to propel you toward an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** Propose and implement improvements to database technologies, evaluating trends, reviewing architectures, and applying solutions that enhance environment efficiency and scalability; Supervise updates, monitor performance and security, lead technical processes, validate results, and adjust configurations to maintain data stability and protection; Lead proactive performance analyses and routine optimization, conducting detailed diagnostics, applying tuning techniques, and promoting adjustments that improve system responsiveness; Comply with information security policies, control access, review permissions, structure controls, audit activities, and adjust access levels according to technical and regulatory criteria; Manage vendor relationships, control deliveries and quality, negotiate scopes, monitor execution, and validate solutions that sustain operations consistently and strategically; Propose, implement, and monitor backup, restore, and monitoring policies, designing strategies, configuring tools, and analyzing metrics supporting data continuity and traceability; Lead database migration projects—including cloud migrations—planning stages, assessing risks, and executing initiatives enabling platform modernization and scalability; Develop process automations using emerging technologies, applying advanced concepts, integrating intelligent solutions, and optimizing routines to reduce manual effort and increase productivity; Perform other duties related to the position; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. Certifications: Oracle Database Microsoft SQL\-Server AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Assertive communication and proactive attitude—Innovation\- High-performance, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions. Procedures, views, triggers, functions, and data maintenance tools for relational databases (Oracle, MS\-SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), as well as Progress and Dataserver technologies. Relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), including replication, clustering, and cloud environments (AWS). Performance management, SQL language, automation, backup routines, updates, and high-complexity procedures.
