




**Responsibilities and duties** The Business Assistant is responsible for supporting and developing corporate associate portfolios (**Low-Revenue Legal Entities - PJ**), providing necessary support to portfolio managers, offering Sicredi financial solutions aligned with the needs of this audience through branch platforms and other locations with prospecting potential, enhancing the experience of current and prospective associates, and contributing to branch and cooperative growth. **Financial advisor:** Based on portfolio data, proactively engage associates regarding suitable financial solutions, assessing their relevance to each individual’s life stage. Support associates in making decisions about financial products and services, devising strategies for sound financial management and generating positive impact in communities where the cooperative operates. **Portfolio manager for corporate associates:** Oversee the support and development of corporate associate portfolios, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions tailored to client needs, marketing products and services aligned with defined targets, thereby contributing to strategic planning implementation. **Prospecting:** Identify and attract new associates and business opportunities by understanding the associate’s line of business and debt level. Conduct visits aimed at generating new business and strengthening relationships with existing associates. **Digital specialist:** Facilitate associates’ interaction with self-service and digital channels to enhance efficiency and guide associates toward appropriate digital solutions. Provide guidance to help associates better utilize available products and technologies. **Transactional activities:** Monitor portfolio debt levels and develop measures to resolve delinquency issues, minimizing costs and avoiding judicial involvement. Perform associate registration and data updates. **New associate integration:** Onboard new associates by explaining Sicredi’s principles, addressing questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values. **Portfolio size recommendation:** Manage portfolios of micro and small enterprises and mixed portfolios in smaller branches, delivering differentiated and targeted service to the intended audience. **Financial transactions:** Perform (occasionally and as needed) financial transactions including payments, receipts, and transfers.
