A business management consulting firm is seeking an HR Department Assistant in Balneário Camboriú (Municipalities). MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person, directing matters appropriately to ensure smooth routine operations and clarify customer inquiries. Conduct onboarding processes. Perform contract termination homologation. Assist in payroll closing. Support calculation, verification, and submission of payroll data, as well as verification and submission of GRRF, INSS, PIS, GFIP, CAGED, and RAIS. Assist with income tax calculations as required. Support calculation, verification, and submission of termination documents. Prepare, verify, and submit vacation notice and receipt documents. Maintain the benefits subsystem for activities such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental assistance, and health insurance. Monitor and maintain up-to-date employee timekeeping records. Calculate and manage overtime bank accounts. Perform system and e-Social registration and updates. Verify and process contributions and other personnel record and control-related tasks. Maintain organized filing systems. Support other HR department needs. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Payroll Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, or Recruitment and Selection Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
