Job Summary: Coordinate vehicle and cargo flow to optimize space utilization and ensure operational efficiency, including control, scheduling, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Various maneuvering and transportation activities for vehicles and parts Coordinate vehicle and cargo flow, optimizing storage space and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include controlling entry/exit, scheduling loading operations, organizing parking spaces, and ensuring safety; * Receive brand-new (0 km) vehicles and inspect them for possible damages; * Install and remove flags (flagpoles) daily; * Remove/maneuver vehicles from inside the workshop every morning; * Serve as a driver, i.e., transport parts to our body shop or other workshops; * Monitor vehicles parked in our workshop yard; * Conduct inspections/audits of used vehicles in our workshop yard; this list is provided by the Finance Manager; * Assist in service reception by maneuvering vehicles in our parking lot to accelerate customer service; * Inspect batteries of new vehicles according to BMW procedures; * Collect cardboard and scrap materials from the workshop to the body shop.
