Job Summary: Drive vehicles to transport, load, and unload cargo while ensuring vehicle maintenance and safety, and assisting other departments as needed. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance across various company departments A textile company is hiring a Driver in Blumenau. **What will you do in this role?:** Drive vehicles to transport cargo. Load and unload cargo. Complete the collected OF checklist. Maintain and clean the vehicle. Deliver documents and various payments. Verify that all required documentation for the vehicle to be used is complete. Daily check of the vehicle’s operational condition before use: tires, radiator water, battery, oil level, oil change schedule, turn signals, brakes, clutch, headlights, fuel refilling, etc. Ensure passenger safety by verifying door closure and seatbelt usage. Record, per established regulations, mileage traveled, trips completed, items and people transported, routes, other incidents, and damages. Verify cargo documentation, quantities of products and materials collected and delivered. If the vehicle is unavailable or no service demand exists, the driver may be reassigned to any other position within the company, provided such positions do not require specific qualifications that would prohibit assignment. Return the vehicle after completion of duties, parking it properly and securing it. Perform other tasks similar in complexity and responsibility to those described above, whenever necessary and at the discretion of immediate supervision. Assist other departments as needed.
