Job Summary: Responsible for operating the cash register, serving customers, and ensuring excellence in merchandise registration and billing, in compliance with established standards. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; registering merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and submitting end-of-shift financial reports. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking scale weight and system matching, processing payments, verifying prior authorization and making proper endorsements on the back when accepting checks, and authenticating cash payments; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and secure cash register closing by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing it into the safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby preventing excessive exposure of cash and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Contribute to reducing front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable goods, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** Fully on-site position **Work Location:** Anfilóquio Nunes Píres, 4242 \- Bela Vista / Gaspar \- SC Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Performance Bonus Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
