Join us and be part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to engineers and other professionals in the field, supervising the execution of repairs and/or renovations through photographic records and reports. * Monitor the organization and cleanliness of warehouses and tools; supervise the delivery of materials and equipment, verifying their conformity with requirements. * Assist in organizing preventive maintenance for company-owned and owner-owned furniture and properties. * Assist in managing the Technical Assistance warehouse inventory. * Assist with maintenance care for offices and apartments available for sale. * Assist in preventive maintenance of offices and apartments. * Assist in executing renovations requested via service calls. * Assist in finalizing apartments for commercialization. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical Course in Building Construction or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering. * Experience in Technical Assistance (Post-construction). * Knowledge of civil construction materials.
