Our client operates in the **hospitality industry** and is seeking a committed and motivated **Kitchen Assistant** to support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and maintaining an organized environment. **Please READ the entire job posting and verify whether you meet the profile requirements.** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience as a **kitchen assistant** or in general services (a plus); * Willingness to work and learn; * Efficiency and organization in daily tasks; * Commitment to punctuality and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning. * Prior experience in a **hotel, restaurant, or bakery**; * Experience preparing simple dishes; * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; * Desire to advance within the field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing simple dishes; * Wash, cut, and organize ingredients; * Support plating and buffet restocking; * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; * Wash utensils, dishware, and equipment; * Assist with basic food inventory control (expiration dates and storage); * Provide general support to the kitchen team as needed. **Location:** Balneário Camboriú (SC) **Availability to work on weekends and holidays is essential.** **Diversity and Inclusion** Our client values and respects diversity.
