




Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for cleaning, organizing, preparing, and plating dishes, in compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in food preparation and dish finishing * Clean and organize the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, countertops, equipment, and mopping floors; * Assist in food preparation, such as cutting, washing, weighing, and sorting ingredients; * Support plating and finishing of dishes according to established standards; * Strictly adhere to food safety and workplace hygiene regulations; * Check product expiration dates and ensure proper food storage; * Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Assist in receiving goods, verifying quantities, quality, and delivery conditions; * Support execution of other operational kitchen tasks as required. **Neighborhood**: Itoupava Central **Working Hours**: 5:00 PM to 11:06 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) \- shifts to be arranged.
