Support in site routines, inspections, and project management FG Empreendimentos, a national reference in high-standard civil construction, is seeking a professional to serve as a **Civil Engineering Assistant**, directly contributing to the planning, control, and execution of projects transforming **Balneário Camboriú**. If you are in the final stages of your undergraduate studies or are a recent graduate in **Civil Engineering**, and seek practical development in high-standard real estate developments, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in scheduling and coordinating daily site activities, contributing to meeting established deadlines; * Conduct field inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with design documents and technical standards; * Support communication among Engineering, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders; * Contribute to implementing quality, safety, and site organization practices; * Assist the Engineering team in resolving technical issues and monitoring work fronts; * Participate in preparing reports, performance indicators, cost analyses, and other site controls; * Support updating schedules and monitoring physical progress of developments; * Assist in quantity take-offs, measurements, and verification of completed work; * Support operational team management, monitoring service execution according to company-established standards; * Contribute to updating the site diary and other technical records. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the final stages of a Civil Engineering degree program or recently graduated; * Knowledge of site routines and service monitoring; * Familiarity with construction execution schedules; * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel; **️IMPORTANT INFORMATION! ️** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: 100% on-site position in **Balneário Camboriú/SC.** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:33, with a 1-hour lunch break.
