Promote engagement and dissemination of continuous improvement methodologies A textile manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineering Coordinator in Brusque (São Pedro). **Responsibilities:** Lead projects using Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, A3, SMED, etc.). Map, analyze, and optimize processes to ensure standardization and efficiency. Structure performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with production departments to reduce waste, rework, bottlenecks, and process cycle times through Time and Motion Studies. Develop and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term continuous improvement action plans.
