We are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy, organized, committed to quality, who values teamwork and pays attention to every detail in dish preparation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of menu items. * Ensure meal quality, flavor, and presentation according to house standards. * Organize and sanitize the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. * Monitor ingredient usage to avoid waste. * Follow food safety regulations and good hygiene practices. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants. * Knowledge of pasta, sauce, and Italian cuisine preparation techniques is a plus. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work on a shopping mall schedule (including weekends and holidays). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Opportunity for professional growth.
