Proactive profile with interest in learning technical services Our client is a company specialized in technical services for civil construction, focusing on structural restoration and waterproofing, seeking a professional to work as a Construction Laborer with site experience, responsible and proactive profile, to support activities carried out on construction sites. **Responsibilities:** Assist in executing waterproofing services on construction sites; Support the application of resins and technical products used in civil construction; Assist in polyurethane injection processes for sealing and treating infiltration issues; Support structural restoration and reinforcement services; Assist in structural reinforcements using carbon fiber and jacketing of beams and columns; Support infiltration treatment and basement watertightness services; Prepare surfaces for application of waterproofing products and systems; Follow technical instructions and work procedures; Assist in site organization, cleaning, and maintenance; Transport, prepare, and organize materials and tools required for service execution; Assist in storage, control, and verification of received materials and equipment; Assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolds and temporary structures; Support site signage to ensure everyone's safety; Assist in minor repairs, adjustments, and markings as instructed by the supervisor; Participate in safety training and correctly use PPE; Comply with all site safety regulations and internal procedures; Assist in area measurement or marking of execution points under supervision. **Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education; Experience as a construction laborer or auxiliary worker in civil construction; Experience in structural works, foundations, carpentry, or other operational construction activities; Desirable experience in waterproofing or application of technical products; Ability to receive and interpret work instructions and site procedures; Proactive profile with interest in learning technical services; Good physical fitness for on-site work. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Daily Lunch **After 3-Month Probation Period:** Attendance Bonus and Performance Bonus **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
