We currently have an opening for an **Administrative Sales Analyst** at **Audi Center Blumenau**. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the training action plan for sales teams; * Monitor and audit the execution of sales processes, ensuring compliance with defined standards; * Support and track manufacturer bonus calculations; * Analyze, monitor, and report sales forecasts and performance indicators (KPIs); * Monitor and support adherence to Q Standards for sales, jointly with RADs; * Assist in developing strategic plans, marketing campaigns, and the annual sales department budget; * Provide support to commercial management’s requests and activities; * Study and ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s quality policies; * Develop action plans and monitor results of customer satisfaction surveys; * Ensure required survey volume and scores to meet manufacturer targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Willingness to travel; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience in administrative sales processes within automotive dealerships. **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher; * Education assistance; * Unimed health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Unisociesc partnership; * Sesc partnership; * Fenabrave gym membership.
