JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities in accordance with production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary school **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
