Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support, administer NGFW firewalls, and work on migration projects and implementation of network security solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and OCI) **Schedule: Monday to Friday:** 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM **Your main responsibilities will include:** Handling technical requests and resolving incidents. Administering and maintaining NGFW firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, or similar). Participating in firewall and network (Fortinet) migration and implementation projects. Documenting configurations, processes, and generating security reports. Supporting the architecture team by contributing to information gathering, definition, and technical requirements. Logging activities in the Service Desk system, using and maintaining the knowledge base. **Requirements to apply for this opportunity:** Experience administering NGFWs and corporate networks. Advanced knowledge of routing, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Application Control. Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and network issues. Familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, and password vault tools. Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and OCI). **Desirable qualifications (if you have them):** Certifications (NSE1, NSE2, NSE3, NSE4); Experience in medium- and high-complexity environments; Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools; Understanding of LGPD and ISO 27001; Degree in Networking, Information Security, or related fields; **What the company offers:** Multi-benefit card – worth R$ 1,200.00, with no payroll deduction, for groceries or a nice lunch.
