Job Summary: An Architecture and Urban Planning professional to develop and coordinate architectural projects, with a focus on industrial layouts and auxiliary buildings, and to participate in technical meetings. Technical support and regulatory analysis **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural projects; * Preparation of industrial layouts and auxiliary buildings; * Coordination of architectural projects with structural disciplines; * Technical support in defining architectural premises; * Regulatory analysis and compliance. * Participation in internal technical meetings and client meetings. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in technical architectural project development; * Basic proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of multidisciplinary project coordination; * Support to the engineering team in preparing descriptive memoranda, technical reports, and project documentation. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 50.00 to R$ 60.00 (per hour) \- 180 hours/month. * Health insurance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Health Insurance
