




We are looking for a Corporate Analyst to join our team. This is a key role to ensure the integrity and compliance of the company's corporate processes. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing and processing corporate documents, drafting and reviewing documents such as incorporations and amendments (articles of incorporation, bylaws, contractual amendments, meeting minutes, partnership dissolution agreements, among others); monitoring filings with public agencies and controlling deadlines and legal requirements, permits, tax installments. Monitor changes in corporate legislation and implement necessary updates. **Required Experience:** * Experience in drafting and reviewing articles of incorporation, bylaws, meeting minutes, contractual amendments, partnership dissolution agreements, and other documents; * Experience with filing and registration procedures; * Hands-on experience in full corporate processes: * Company incorporation, Contractual amendments (address, partners, capital, business purpose), Closing and cancellation of CNPJ, Corporate transformations (e.g., from LTD to SA); * Interpretation and application of legislation for different corporate types (LTD, SA, EIRELI – still transitioning –, SCP, etc.); * Direct experience handling requests and requirements from: Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue, Notary Offices, State and Municipal Agencies; * Prior experience in corporate departments, accounting firms, law firms, or large companies with internal legal structure; * Desirable (Preferred): * Experience with: Holding companies, corporate reorganizations, mergers, spin-offs, or acquisitions; * Real Profit regime companies and more complex operations; * Corporate governance (boards, meeting minutes, etc.); * Corporations (stock companies).
