




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields, either completed or currently pursued; * Proficiency in Excel; * Prior experience in transportation or distribution, preferably in road transportation operations. * Responsible for OTIF (On Time In Full), ensuring on-time and complete deliveries; * Development and monitoring of carrier performance indicators to ensure high service levels; * Responsible for order tracking, ensuring real-time traceability and timely information updates; * Post-sales support for Key Account customers, resolving issues related to lost shipments, delivery delays, and outstanding delivery matters; * Direct interface with carriers and sales representatives to resolve problems and improve communication; * Support in analyzing monthly performance indicators, focusing on continuous improvement of logistics processes; * Identification and proposal of improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in post-sales. 2512060202191849064
