




* Supervise the team, ensuring excellent service and compliance with the barbershop's standards. * Delegate tasks and monitor execution, providing continuous support and guidance. * Develop and engage the team through training and feedback. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on store status, including sales, customer service, stock availability, and merchandising. * Monitor goals, indicators, and financial results, proposing improvements. * Control inventory and supplies, ensuring restocking and avoiding waste. * Maintain constant communication with management and participate in meetings. * Contribute to customer relationship initiatives and strategies. * Ensure all operations align with the barbershop's values and objectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in supervisory or team leadership roles. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * High customer service ability, focused on experience and customer retention. * Preferred: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.
