Adeste, a leading company in the food, health, and animal nutrition market, is looking for a **Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst** to join our team! **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for professionals with drive and an ownership mindset, committed to achieving outstanding results. **Responsibilities and duties** **What will be your responsibilities and challenges?** * Lead subsystems of Human Capital activities, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements governing employment relationships, adherence to company policies and procedures, and providing daily support to managers to foster people management aligned with Adeste's culture; * Ensure compliance with Human Capital policies, procedures, and its subsystems; * Report HR indicators, critically analyzing them and proposing improvement actions, providing central office and site managers with relevant information; * Execute internal communication activities, following the schedule established by the Central Office team, keeping notice boards updated and maintained, and requesting team support when needed; * Organize celebrations for special occasions; * Conduct onboarding of new employees according to PEO policy guidelines; * Maintain the staffing chart (headcount) to support business management; \- * Ensure compliance with the company's employee disciplinary regulations; * Handle requests from SENAI, CIEE, third parties, Public Prosecutor's Office, and internal audits; * Contribute to the development of annual planning and budgeting; Support the labor relations area with document collection, hearings, and representation. **Requirements and qualifications** **What will we evaluate?** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Human Resources and HR subsystems; * Knowledge of labor legislation and apprenticeship law; * Recruitment \& Selection; * Competency-based interview techniques; * Familiarity with TOTVS and SAP systems is a plus; * Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). **Additional information** **Where will you work?** We have 8 locations, but this position will be based at our **Botucatu/SP** site.
