We are seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (project-based engagement). Key responsibilities for this role include: * Conduct store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, evaluating stores’ features and conditions of conservation/operation; * Identify and observe materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; * Record captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos using a tablet application to generate the inspection report. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education (technical training in Building Construction preferred); * Basic computer skills; * CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity (PJ); * Android smartphone or tablet; * Residency near Botucatu and surrounding areas.
