We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **EAB** team in **Barra Bonita SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Ensure good performance of equipment and sector deliveries, guaranteeing: Mill availability, Extraction (Pol), Bagasse moisture, Cost control; * Perform cleaning and organization tasks in the area; * Operate the hoist wire for lifting loads; * Assemble and disassemble equipment; * Conduct periodic inspections on mill equipment; * Monitor the milling process, ensuring operational compliance; * Work in accordance with occupational safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary education; * Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon or night); * Reside in the cities: Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tiete SP, Mineiros do Tiete SP, Dois Corregos SP, Jau SP, São Manuel SP, Lenções Paulista SP or Macatuba SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview \- a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily activities and challenges.
