We encourage people from the broadest range of social groups to join our community so that, despite vastly different origins and realities, we can nurture a shared aspiration to aim high and transform ourselves into better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Key Challenges and Projects** Provide technical oversight and execute actions required to maintain and continuously improve the occupational safety management system, monitoring working conditions and identifying adverse situations to mitigate or eliminate risks, thereby safeguarding the health and physical integrity of all individuals present within the company premises through inspections and systematic application of legal, regulatory, internal, or other requirements; Support regulatory compliance efforts to ensure the company adheres to occupational safety laws, while assuming responsibility for monitoring areas, behaviors, and risk agents—preparing safety documentation, delivering training, evaluating new projects and changes, reviewing documentation relevant to suppliers and service providers, to prevent government enforcement actions and ensure employee and partner safety; Participate in workplace incident/accident investigations—including site visits, condition assessments, group analysis (with process managers and other involved parties), report preparation, and recommendation of appropriate corrective and control measures aligned with established procedures; Oversee the measurement of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic hazards at the facility—visiting work areas and liaising with suppliers—to comply with legislation, internal standards, and employee safety. **Minimum Requirements:** Completed Technical Occupational Safety qualification; Industrial sector experience. * **Desired Qualifications:** Experience with NRs 05, 06, 09, 12, 33, and 35 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
