We are looking for a **Learning Assistant** to join the **People** team in the **Jaú/SP region.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Ensure employee training by supporting learning experiences and providing legally required documentation; * Guarantee logistics and recordkeeping for low and medium complexity (high volume) training sessions, ensuring the integrity of legal evidence; * Provide support to the regional team you belong to when needed, collaborating with other regional teams; * Mentorship/sponsorship of newly hired or transferred assistant staff. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Higher education in progress or completed (preferred); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Previous experience in organizing and managing training programs (preferred); * Prior experience with Power BI will be a differentiator; * National Driver's License (CNH), minimum category B; * Availability to reside in Jaú/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (there may be additional ones, which you'll learn about if you progress): * Registration \- completing this form and any additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain day\-to\-day activities and challenges.
