**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Main Activities: • Drive cargo transport vehicles and deliver products to designated locations according to predefined instructions. • Inspect the transported product to ensure compliance with specifications approved by the customer; refuse non-conforming products and obtain authorization for unloading only after approval. • Complete product delivery at the customer’s site, adhering strictly to defined specifications and recommendations. • Complete vehicle checklists by inspecting oil levels, tire wear, and cleanliness conditions, identifying maintenance needs, reporting malfunctions, and requesting repairs to ensure vehicles remain in optimal condition. • Operate the concrete mixer equipment using controls, levers, and command devices to discharge the product according to schedule and specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and all equipment under one’s responsibility to prevent product contamination during unloading. • Return the vehicle after each work shift to allow for maintenance and refueling. • Wash the truck both internally and externally. • Perform emergency vehicle repairs, requesting necessary parts and equipment to carry out such repairs. • Conduct preliminary risk analysis of tasks to be performed, following established safety rules and procedures. • Carry out all activities in accordance with predefined standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection to support the company in achieving its goals. • Prepare concrete test specimens (molding samples). • Operate the front-end loader at the branch location whenever requested by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and licensed for such operation, and performs these tasks under supervision and guidance. • Manually add admixtures and fibers when required, depending on product type, following technical procedures and under supervision of the Central Operator. • Perform cleaning, tidying, and organizing tasks in the branch yard as needed, observing occupational safety procedures according to the relevant work instruction. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience and Qualifications: Completed elementary education; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category D (EAR acronym mandatory); Experience as a concrete mixer truck driver or heavy cargo driver (semi-trailer/truck); Professionals experienced in operating trucks and semi-trailers for cargo transportation; Prior experience operating cargo transport vehicles; Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic concrete pump equipment operation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; one-hour lunch break daily. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, life insurance.
