Focus on lead conversion and customer relationship A high-end plastic surgery and dermatology clinic is seeking a receptionist with a proactive, organized profile and strong commercial skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and wishes to grow alongside the clinic. Main Responsibilities: In-person and WhatsApp-based customer service; Patient reception and welcoming; Appointment scheduling and calendar management; Responding to leads and follow-up; Converting leads into appointments; General administrative support; Supporting environmental organization (including maintaining a clean and organized environment) **Requirements** Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Commercial mindset (focus on conversion and customer relationship); Organizational skills and proactivity; Proficiency with WhatsApp, digital tools, and digital media; Prior experience in medical/aesthetic clinics preferred (not mandatory); Technical nursing education or related health field courses preferred, as they contribute to understanding clinical routines and supporting patient service.
