Focus on safety and equipment maintenance **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate tractors and other equipment as required by operational needs. * Handle material movement and provide support for field or operational area activities. * Inspect equipment conditions before use to ensure proper functionality. * Maintain equipment cleanliness, preservation, and basic maintenance. * Comply with safety regulations and company procedures. * Support the team in operational activities when necessary. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Experience operating tractors or similar machinery. * Brazilian driver's license category E * Responsibility, attentiveness, and commitment to safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role. * Training course in machinery or tractor operation.
