Handling of non-conformities and action plans **About the Team:** * Develop, qualify, assemble, test, and deliver aircraft, ensuring Quality and Excellence in everything we do for our customers—safely, on schedule, and within planned costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Dynamic work with interfaces across various areas and departments. * Constant decision-making and quality assessments. * Inspection of structural parts, assembled subassemblies, and products under basic manufacturing. * Ambidextrous professional possessing both technical expertise and administrative and organizational capabilities. * Daily communication with internal and external customers. * Responsibility for managing non-conformities and corrective and preventive action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Completed technical education in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, with an active CFT; * English proficiency at intermediate level or higher for reading; * Experience in quality assurance; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience using measurement instruments; * Green Belt certification; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; * Experience with MS Project; * Experience with SAP; * Project management experience; * Experience with SolidWorks. **Additional Information** On-site work model in **Botucatu / SP.** **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
