Job Summary: Support the control, organization, and management of Occupational Safety documentation on sanitation projects, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Objective Support the control, organization, and management of Occupational Safety documentation on sanitation projects, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures, and contractual requirements. Main Responsibilities Organize and control safety documents (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, ASO, PPE records, JSA, DDS, among others); Support monitoring the validity of documents and mandatory training; Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing safety documents; Control records of PPE distribution and completed trainings; Support physical and digital archiving of documents; Update safety control spreadsheets and systems; Assist in collecting documents from employees and third parties; Support generating reports and safety indicators; Interact with field teams to ensure documentary compliance; Support internal and external audits; Ensure traceability of safety information; Provide administrative support to the Occupational Safety department; Assist in organizing safety campaigns and activities (DDS, SIPAT, etc.); Support controlling employee access (mandatory documentation); Collaborate with other departments as required by the project; Support organizing files and documents **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical course in Occupational Safety (in progress or completed); Experience in civil construction or sanitation projects; Knowledge of safety documentation (Brazilian Regulatory Standards - NRs); Basic Excel proficiency; Experience in document control. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance Breakfast Allowance Transportation Allowance / or Fuel Assistance Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in restoring historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
