Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Elementary education completed; * Knowledge of industrial processes: understanding of distillation, fermentation, chemical treatment, and utilities (boilers, cooling towers, compressed air, etc.); * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; * Reside in the following cities: Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tietê SP, Jaú SP, Dois Córregos SP, Mineiros do Tietê SP, São Manuel SP, Macatuba SP, or Lençóis Paulista \- SP. WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE: * Monitor equipment and processes: track indicators on control panels (temperature, pressure, flow rate, tank levels, etc.); * Field operations: open and close valves, perform maneuvers on pumps, compressors, and other equipment; * Operational inspections: conduct rounds to check for noises, vibrations, leaks, temperature, and general equipment conditions; * Sample collection: take product samples at different stages of the process for analysis; * Data recording: fill out operational reports, log incidents, note abnormal conditions, and communicate with the shift team; * Operational safety: follow safety regulations, initiate emergency procedures in case of anomalies, ensure the plant operates within safe limits; * Interaction with maintenance: report failures, support planned or emergency shutdowns. 2511130202461748228
