Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production activities, ensuring measurement control, operational efficiency, and product quality, while supporting team management and optimizing production processes * Perform production measurement control via the SAP system, verifying shift change timing according to the daily production schedule issued by PCP. * Verify staffing levels at each workstation, reallocating personnel as needed to operate machinery. * Assist the shift manager in directing operators’ activities, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Monitor classification alongside the Machine Operator C, guiding on classification criteria and reporting defects for adjustments to the glazing line. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; Relevant experience in the role is desirable; * **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
