




Description: The Membership Executive is responsible for member relationship management, engagement, and expansion at the Caldeira Institute. Their role is to build meaningful connections, promote sustainable growth of the ecosystem, and ensure every member experiences the value of the Caldeira community. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop the 2025 wishlist with major target companies. * Structure and execute an outbound prospecting agenda. * Create customized proposals based on active listening. * Unlock new sponsorship and project opportunities. * Conduct recurring business meetings and agendas. * Develop a clear understanding of the membership portfolio and its challenges. * Create action plans to deepen relationships. * Organize strategic gatherings: lunches, coffees, events, soccer matches, etc. * Connect members’ challenges with Caldeira’s solutions. * Become a reference on Caldeira’s products and services for both the team and the membership portfolio. * Conduct diagnostics of the membership base to identify engagement opportunities. * Develop tactical plans to increase participation in events and initiatives. * Create action plans to achieve engagement goals.
