The professional will be responsible for preparing pasta, sauces, risottos, and other traditional dishes, ensuring excellent flavor, quality, and presentation. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare fresh pasta, sauces, risottos, meats, salads, and typical Italian appetizers; * Perform mise en place before service begins; * Monitor preparation time and quality; * Ensure proper food storage; * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; * Support and guide kitchen assistants and helpers; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook, preferably in an Italian restaurant; * Knowledge of pasta and sauce preparation techniques; * Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient; * Ability to work well in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. **Benefits:** * Meals provided on-site; * Meal Allowance; * Relocation assistance (for candidates not from the area—only for those approved for the position.)
