We’re waiting for your application!** Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Map processes to identify risks, irregularities, and discrepancies, recommending solutions and ensuring proper application of company policies. 2) Analyze processes, routines, work organization, and operational controls to identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency through suggestions and guidance to various company departments. 3) Review the company’s accounting, tax, and auxiliary ledgers, examining recorded entries to verify correspondence between postings and their supporting documents. 4) Investigate performed accounting and financial transactions—verifying checks, receipts, invoices, tax notes, and other documents—to confirm their accuracy. 5) Conduct audits in the operational/production area, reviewing staffing levels, routines, and procedures, and providing necessary recommendations to enhance work productivity and product/service quality. 6) Prepare partial and comprehensive audit reports, highlighting any identified deficiencies and certifying the company’s actual asset, economic, and financial situation, thereby providing management or shareholders with the necessary accounting support for decision-making. 7) Conduct specific audits to investigate possible accounting irregularities or internal procedural breaches. 8) Develop and discuss improvement recommendations.
