




**PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brazil is a non-profit civil society organization, founded in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. It works in partnership with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and the private sector. Linked to the Italian NGO AVSI Foundation—active in Brazil since the 1980s—AVSI Brazil’s mission is to promote people’s protagonism in their own development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on a methodology of integral and solidarity-based development, oriented toward autonomy and human dignity. **SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:** The professional will be integrated into the VALE LUZ PROJECT, which operates in Bahia, Pernambuco, and Rio Grande do Norte, primarily in low-income communities, aiming to disseminate concepts related to the safe and efficient use of electricity. This is a project enabling residential customers to exchange waste for discounts on their electricity bills. **MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide public service; Guide and verify customer documentation against process criteria, registering customers where possible; Perform commercial services (e.g., updating registration records, enrolling in TSEE, and others) for subsequent office execution; Assist in weighing and storing customers’ waste; Register the discount on the customer’s electricity bill following waste weighing at the mobile unit; Monitor and record data from implemented activities; Carry out loading and unloading of materials.
