We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and organized professional with strong conflict management skills and expertise in installations to join our Construction Team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise electrical and hydraulic installation activities on Terral’s construction projects, with Project Engineering as the primary client. * Coordinate weekly scheduling together with the installation team (Foreman, Supervisors, Assistants, and Analysts), making necessary adjustments to ensure scheduled activities are carried out. * Provide technical support to the installation team regarding project-related questions, always challenging assumptions and seeking optimal technical solutions. * Lead the team by guiding activity execution, monitoring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, aiming to achieve area-defined goals and comply with the Quality Management System. * Ensure service quality by inspecting completed work against project specifications, Inspection Procedures for Services (IPS), and Service Verification Sheets (SVS), complying with Quality Management System standards and the designed scope. * Review construction projects and processes, thoroughly reading documentation, analyzing team capacity for implementation, and identifying improvement opportunities, with appropriate reporting to Engineering. * Train production teams and supervisors on Service Execution Procedures (SEP) to ensure compliance with company standards. * Ensure the team maintains cleanliness and equipment maintenance at the construction site, conducting inspections and coordinating corrective actions with the team to uphold proper organization. * Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities by assisting the HSE team in monitoring PPE usage to ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to accident prevention. * Validate all material lists, verifying consumption, technical specifications, and application locations. * Provide the warehouse with necessary information to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of material kits. * Submit weekly progress reports to the Installation Coordination team, covering project status, constraints, and improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; * Experience in vertical or industrial construction projects, with focus on installation disciplines; * Experience managing frontline installation teams; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Bonus; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 836.00 per month; * Breakfast at the construction site; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Electricity bill discount; * Extended Parental Leave.
