Assist in organizing the laboratory and complying with legislation * Assist in controlling finished products by verifying labeling, quality, and other compliance requirements; completing the checklist; and requesting corrections for any non-conformities identified, with the objective of ensuring the company’s standards are met when delivering items to customers, daily. * Assist in controlling the quality of finished products by collecting samples, sending them to an external laboratory or analyzing them internally, comparing results against the company’s specified standards to identify non-conformities, cross-contamination, and other issues, and requesting appropriate corrective actions, daily. * Analyze incoming raw materials by verifying sampling procedures, performing grammage, weighing, and measurement checks, and comparing results against technical reports to ensure the delivered product matches the specifications requested, daily. * Assist in organizing the internal laboratory by monitoring storage conditions for retained raw materials and finished products, verifying documentation filing, with the objective of ensuring regulatory compliance, daily. * Complete the raw material receipt checklist, validating the document, analyzing requirements for sample collection and other relevant data, to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, daily. * Compile data to generate quality indicators, updating spreadsheets with all non-conformities related to line release and finished product release, daily. * Conduct analyses in the internal laboratory to ensure product quality and adherence to organization-defined standards, daily.
