* Provide technical support to internal users (teachers, staff, and students) regarding systems, hardware, software, and networks. * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other technological devices used by the institution. * Assist in configuring and supporting school management systems, ensuring all technology-related processes for school operations are functioning properly. * Monitor computer network and IT infrastructure performance, identifying failures and performing necessary corrections. * Assist in managing email accounts, access to internal systems, and user permission controls. * Perform regular backups of important data, ensuring institutional information is secure and available in case of failures. * Maintain videoconferencing systems, projectors, and other technological tools used for communication and educational activities. * Carry out software and antivirus updates, ensuring devices are always protected against external threats. * Assist in documenting IT-related processes and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed. * Assist in installing and configuring wireless networks (Wi\-Fi) and monitoring their performance. * Triage service requests and forward them to responsible parties when necessary, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently. * Participate in planning and implementing improvements to the school's technological infrastructure. * Conduct basic training sessions for users on IT systems and equipment.
