We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Notify the Information Security and/or Data Privacy team according to severity; * Understand customer needs through technical report generation; * Serve as third-level support within the firewall operations team for major vendors; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Log interpretation; * Mitigate attacks according to best practices, monitor auto-mitigation, and send attack information to the customer; * Create customized reports; **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience monitoring security alerts; * Basic knowledge of active network and security equipment (switches, routers, IPS, WAF, and firewalls); **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our open positions?
