Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect — proven experience in hospital projects, retrofitting, and construction in occupied areas. Experience with hospital accreditation programs (ONA, JCI, Qmentum). Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, V-Ray, SketchUp, and BIM (Revit). Knowledge of regulations applicable to healthcare environments, sustainability, humanization, and healthcare design. Active registration with CAU (Council of Architecture and Urbanism). Professional responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing architectural projects in hospital settings, ensuring functionality, safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Develop preliminary studies, conceptual designs, construction documents, and architectural details. Design clinical layouts considering workflows, ergonomics, biosafety, and humanization. Conduct site surveys, inspections, measurements, and technical diagnostics. Coordinate architectural designs with complementary disciplines. Oversee construction, renovations, and adaptations, ensuring adherence to the design. Prepare descriptive specifications, technical scopes, and material specifications. Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation (RDC 50, ANVISA, NBR standards, Fire Department requirements, etc.). Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and clinical departments.
