This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving digital marketing solutions integrated across multiple channels and Salesforce clouds, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to platform best practices. The position level may vary between **Mid-level and Senior**, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical seniority. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement solutions on **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, focusing on automations, journeys, and personalizations. * Analyze scenarios and business requirements, proposing efficient and scalable technical solutions. * Work on **Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations with other digital channels** (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, APIs, etc.). * Collaborate closely with **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud**. * Develop and maintain: * Journeys (Journey Builder) * Automations (Automation Studio) * Data Extensions and data modeling * Scripts in **AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS** * Support architecture definitions, best practices, and development standards. * Participate in technical and functional meetings with business, marketing, and IT teams. * Ensure data quality, security, and governance. * Support ongoing maintenance and continuous evolution of implemented solutions. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**. * Proven track record in **Marketing Cloud implementation projects**. * Practical knowledge of: * Journey Builder * Automation Studio * Contact Builder * Email Studio * Experience with **integrations between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce clouds**: * Sales Cloud * Service Cloud * Financial Service Cloud * Proficiency in **SQL applied to Marketing Cloud**. * Experience with **AMPscript** and **SSJS**. * Strong analytical capability to understand complex scenarios and translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have)** * Salesforce certifications (especially Marketing Cloud). * Experience with **Personalization, Interaction Studio, or CDP (Data Cloud)**. * Experience with omnichannel architectures. * Knowledge of Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) **Additional Information** CLT Employment: Benefit offering includes Meal Ticket or Food Allowance \+ equipment for remote work.
